Transfers are available between the conference venue and the official conference hotels (when not within walking distance of the conference venue). Vehicles are clearly marked with the corresponding route and IAS 2025 logo. Information about the exact pick-up location is displayed in the main lobby of each hotel. Pick up at the conference venue is located in the parking area.
How to access the transfers
This service is free of charge for all registered delegates. To use the conference shuttles, you must show your delegate badge. If you have not picked up your conference badge, show your IAS 2025 registration confirmation.

Important note
Transfers will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If capacity is reached, we will not be able to accommodate everyone.
Although we are unable to recommend any transport companies, if you require transport outside of the official times, the Kigali Convention Centre has suggested Move by Volkswagen as an option.
Security and health information
All transfers to the Kigali Convention Centre pass through a security checkpoint at the entrance to the venue grounds. For health and safety reasons, pregnant women and children under the age of five years are advised to disembark from the bus before it passes through the security screening area. The bus will stop before the security screening to allow for this.
